Boxwood frog figurine

This wooden frog figurine is hand carved from boxwood and depicts a frog sitting inside a small pot. The frog's eyes are made from black buffalo horn. The boxwood allowed me to polish the piece to a perfect finish. Using a special technique, I applied a texture that resembles a frog's skin and feels very pleasant to the touch. All details and features are carved by hand with carving knives. My signature is on the bottom. This figurine can be displayed on a shelf alongside a collection of miniature figurines. It can also serve as a lovely addition to the home of a nature and animal lover. Because this figurine is compact in size, it can be carried as a pocket charm—one that feels pleasant to hold and may have a calming effect. Small collectible figurine.
