Bog oak horse figurine

Hand carved miniature horse figurine made from natural bog oak and decorated with padauk wood detail and traditional Hutsul geometric carving. The horse's tail is made from a piece of padauk wood — a type of natural redwood. The product is also qualitatively hand-polished and covered with hard wax oil. This horse is part of a series of my works featuring horses with traditional Hutsul geometric carving. This piece is designed as a decorative item for a shelf or table. By combining several pieces from the series, you can add an ethnic touch to the design of your space. The piece is inspired by traditional folk toys and ornaments, reinterpreted as a small decorative sculpture.
